AI maturity diagnostic, prioritized opportunity map and a 90-day plan.
Harbor IA is the boutique consultancy of the Method 4C® — the proprietary methodology applied by the top certified consultants in Latin America, present in eleven countries. We start with a five-week diagnostic. We don't sell software. We don't deploy models. We design the strategy and walk the executive team through it until decisions are grounded in data.
Harbor IA designs and supports the adoption of artificial intelligence in mid-sized and large companies across Latin America. We work with the Method 4C®, a proprietary methodology built over years of real-world application with real companies — not imported theory. Our team does not write models or sell licenses. We design the sequence, train the leadership, and validate the results.
We serve each client with a local team: in Bogotá you are met by a Bogotá consultant; in Lima, a Lima consultant.
Your company has likely spent between twelve and eighteen months experimenting with AI. Pilots that never scaled. Licenses no one uses. Committees that analyze but never decide. A leadership team that engaged the topic with energy and now avoids it in planning meetings.
The problem is not artificial intelligence. The problem is the order. Most companies buy tools before having a diagnostic, hire consultancies that deliver slide decks with no follow-through, and end up with technology installed on top of broken processes. The cost is not only financial — it is credibility in front of the board and internal team burnout.
Harbor IA exists because that mistake is avoidable. With the right diagnostic, a four-phase sequence and a team that stays until consolidation, AI adoption stops being a bet. It becomes a documented decision.
The Method 4C® is not a single service. It is a sequence. Each phase has its own deliverable, its own price and its own continuation decision. No company commits to the whole journey upfront. You start with Phase 1, and from there you decide.
AI maturity diagnostic, prioritized opportunity map and a 90-day plan.
Team coaching, targeted training and three to five quick wins implemented.
Scaling the Phase 2 solutions across multiple areas. Internal governance design.
Culture installed and governance committee active. Fixed monthly stewardship.
Harbor IA works with the best-trained AI consultants in Latin America. Not by title, but by filter: they go through rigorous training where most candidates drop out. Whoever reaches your project got there by proving they know how to diagnose before proposing. In AI, that changes everything.
The team that enters your company consists of three to four consultants: a Senior Project Lead, two 4C® Consultants and direct methodological supervision from Eduardo Vázquez. The team is not generic — each consultant has experience in the areas they are tasked with interviewing.
Eduardo Vázquez founded three companies with a shared logic: each one solves part of the AI adoption problem in Latin America. Each brand operates with its own identity and a clearly defined category. None steps on the others' territory.
School and community for AI education aimed at professionals and executives. Educational umbrella brand and main source of organic leads.
Proprietary methodology for AI adoption in companies. Intellectual property of Eduardo Vázquez, licensed to Harbor IA for application in projects.
Verified professional network of AI consultants across LATAM. PMI- or IEEE-style structure. Every consultant in the Harbor IA pool is Certified 4C® CONIA®.
SaaS for conversational agents in companies. Software, not consulting. Partners with Harbor IA when the client's need is a product, not a service.
Eduardo Vázquez is an economist, founder of Academia de IA and author of the Method 4C®. He has spent more than a decade working with Latin American companies on operational transformation projects and, in recent years, on artificial intelligence adoption.
At Harbor IA he is Managing Director and methodological authority. He validates every report before it reaches the client and leads the closing strategic sessions of every Phase 1. His role is to guarantee the standard.
Harbor IA is the B2B boutique consultancy of the Method 4C®. We design how mid-sized and large companies in Latin America adopt artificial intelligence and we stay with them until the adoption works. We operate as Harbor IA LLC, registered in Delaware. We invoice in US dollars and serve clients with local teams in each country.
Phase 1 of the Method 4C® costs between USD 7,500 and 10,000 and lasts five weeks. It is the executive AI maturity diagnostic and the mandatory point of entry: any project with Harbor IA begins here. There is no direct upsell to later phases — each one is decided when the previous one closes.
Every project is assigned to a dedicated team of three to four people: a Project Lead (Senior 4C® Consultant), one or two 4C® Consultants matched to the areas being diagnosed, and direct methodological supervision from Eduardo Vázquez. Carlos Fourzan, Operations Director, reviews every report before final delivery.
We have operations or coverage in eleven markets: Mexico, Colombia, Argentina, Chile, Peru, Panama, Guatemala, Honduras, El Salvador, Costa Rica and the United States. Each country has a local Country Lead who knows the market and the relevant players.
We do: methodological diagnostic, adoption plan design, targeted training for the executive team, orchestration of quick wins with qualified third parties and ongoing stewardship of the governance committee. We do not: develop proprietary software, technically implement models, run mass training for staff (Academia de IA does that), or replace the internal CIO or transformation director.
You fill out the form in the section below with your basic details.
